5 Star Plus Retail Design designed The Mission Fresh Grill’s first restaurant in China World Mall, Beijing. The American-style Mexican grill offers healthy, fresh ingredients, which inspired the restaurant design’s color set. Natural wood and high-quality materials were selected in order to emphasize the brand’s health-oriented values. The open stainless steel kitchen promotes cleanliness by allowing customers to view the preparation process. We integrated custom-designed metal elements, a wall sculpture and intelligent lighting to communicate the brand’s origin, positioning and depth throughout the concept design. The result is an artistic restaurant design that conveys a cool vibe.
